HANNAH IS A WINNER AT THE PAMMYS
Hannah Mishow, age 16, won first prize in sculpture for her mix media work at the PAMMY Awards of Corona Del Mar High School’s Arts Academy. Hannah created her piece at the Merage Jewish Community Center School of Art, where she has been studying art under the direction of Lynne Kaplan for over a year. Hannah’s creation has a head made of ceramics and body sculpted using a chicken wire frame covered in paper mache and set in resin. The PAMMY awards were held at Irvine Valley College Performing Arts Center on May 26th. The Merage JCC School of Visual Arts offers classes for adults, teens and children.
